HR Support On Demand

A unique concept in Europe

How does HR on demand work?

In order to benefit from our HR (Business Partner) on Demand Services, we will help you to make an initial estimation of the number of hours you would need. We offer our services as of 1 hour per week (4 per month, 12 per quarter). Once the correct number of hours is established, you subscribe to a quarterly subscription based on these hours of support needed. Every quarter we will evaluate how many hours you have used and adapt the subscription accordingly.

Once the subscription started you can call any time you want and speak with your dedicated HR On Demand Business Partner who will help you with any query you may have. View our HR packages
