– Developing and implementing HR strategy for a start-up in e-commerce, supporting growth to 40 employees.
– HR interim missions for a crypto platform and three portfolio firms of a private equity company, demonstrating expertise in HR strategy assessment and development.
– Providing HR advice for specific employee files in the pharma industry.
– Coaching of individuals who are in the process of getting back to work after recovering from a burn-out

As the Head of HR for the Netherlands and Luxembourg, Andres orchestrated a successful turnaround, building a management team and implementing a new organizational structure.

His achievements include:
– Designing and implementing local strategies for staff based in five countries in Continental Europe.
– Playing a key role in the due diligence and integration of the acquisition of UBS Fund Management Services in Luxembourg and Switzerland.
